Changes in Branch Banking Hours

Important Notice: Changes in our Opening and Banking Hours.

At HL Bank, the health and safety of all our staff and customers are very important to us.

In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation in Singapore, we have decided to reduce the amount of foot traffic at our customer facing location.  Therefore, we will temporarily stop opening every Saturday until further notice.

With effect from Friday, 3 April 2020, our hours will be as follows:

To assist with social distancing measures, only 6 customers will be allowed to be in the banking hall at any one time. However, we will give priority to senior citizens, pregnant ladies and those with disabilities.

We encourage all of our customers to use our digital channels for your day-to-day banking needs.  This can be easily done by using HL Bank Connect from the comfort of your home and it gives you 24 x 7 access to services like Account Overviews and Fund Transfers.
