Announcement: E-Statement for iSavings

Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that we have introduced e-statements for iSavings account with effect September 2022. The e-statement for your account will be encrypted and sent to your email address registered with the bank. You are strongly encouraged to have a valid personal email address to receive the statements.
If you wish to update your email records with the bank, you may do so via the following methods:
(i) HLB Connect
• After login, select ‘ Settings ‘ > ‘Update Contact Information’
• Submit the request form
(ii) Service Request Form
• Download and fill up the Service Request form here
• Mail the completed form back to us, or visit the branch to submit the form
You will continue to have access to your account transaction history via HLB Connect.
